Burgers and beauty will finally be together at last thanks to Haché’s latest quirky pop-up, giving attendees the chance to tuck into some new burger creations while taking in some fairly slick fashion-oriented workshops and classes.
First things first though: the burgers. Haché will be presenting two new meaty offerings, starting with the Steak Haché, a 6oz Scottish steak burger dressed with a Madeira jus and a soft fried egg. Or go for the ultra-smokey Steak Le Fumé, which comes loaded up with caramelised onions, smoked bacon, Gruyere and coleslaw, and comes served in a ‘smoke-filled dome’ destined to be immortalised on Instagram feeds everywhere.
All the usual sides will be on offer, with a few fashion-heavy twists, such as black garlic hummus with pitta, and Prosecco and Maison Rouge wine to wash it down.
There’ll also be a host of burgery activities to entertain you while you wait for your meal to arrive, including a ‘Style your Burger’ food photography workshop so you can perfect your burger ‘flat lay’ (which we’ve since discovered is *the* social-media-friendly way of laying out your food for that perfect shot).
If you’d rather kick back and relax, there’ll also be a burgers and bubbles pairing class. Excitingly, you’ll also be able to get your nails painted by WAH Nails as part of a complimentary manicures offered 25 November and 2 December, if you visit between 3-6pm. And yes - you can (and indeed, must) get them painted as little burgers. Deep fried food has never been so chic.
