bibigoangel

Korean restaurant Bibigo is coming to Islington. It's taking over the old Alan Yau site Naamyaa on St John Street and will open its doors in the New Year.

There'll be a bar with seating for 28 serving up soju cocktails and Korean street food-style bar snacks. The restaurant itself will have 90 seats and is being designed by Central Design Studio who were responsible for Fifteen and Damson & Co. In the centre of the room will be a Korean grill barbecue.

As far as the food goes, dishes on the Islington menu will include Chilli Barbecued Pork and Squid and Kimchi Rice with Chicken and Fried Egg.

Bibigo Angel is at 407 St John Street, London EC1V 4RW. It opens officially on 15th January, but is currently on soft launch until 14th January 2015 with 50% off the food bill. Keep up with their news on @Bibigouk
