Don't fancy the possibility of incurring the wrath of ICE on a trip to see the World Cup in the USA this year? Then watch it from the comfort (and considerably less cost) from the best restaurants and event spaces across London that are showing the games from 11 June to 19 July 2026 (even the ones that finish at 2am).
All of the Boxpark locations will be showing the games.
Central
Arcade (Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road and Battersea) - All of the Arcafe food halls will be showing the biggest games (opening lte when needed) and you can order food like smash burgers from Manna and pizzas from Gracey's to keep you going.
Riding House Cafe (Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury and Victoria) - All the cafes are showing the key matches in private dining rooms and on terraces. They'll also have special deals that include a complimentary growler for every six guests, £5 shots within five minutes of every goal and score predictions with a free round if you get it right.
Market Halls (Oxford Street, Paddington, Victoria and Canary Wharf) - All the Market Halls have special packages, from special passes (including one with bottomless drinks) and private spaces to book for the games.
The Outernet (Tottenham Court Road) - This will be one of Kick Off Club's World Cup fanzones, where they'll have huge wraparound screens. Details are still to come at the time of writing, so sign up for full details.
Quaglino's (Mayfair) - They'll be showing the England games as part of events hosted by football legend Peter Reid, along with a menu that includes rib-eye steak and more.
The Wigmore (Marylebone) - The bar beside The Langham will be showing all the key games (and opening late for England and Scotland games) and they'll have special hot dog combos available throughout the event.
North
The Big Chill (King's Cross) - The bar will be showing every match on their big screens, alongside food from Chick n Sours and they'll have DJs after every match.
Big Penny Social (Walthamstow) - This venue always puts on a great event for all the big sporting fixtures and this year they have three huge screens showing the games as well as live entertainment and a big pre-match build-up.
The Rotunda (King's Cross) - They'll be showing most of the games, and you can pre-book tickets to make sure you get the best view. Packages from £48 include four bottles of beer and lots of snacks.
Boxpark (Camden) - If you want to watch at a Boxpark in North London, head to their newest venue in Camden. They're showing all the World Cup matches but you'll need to book early to guarantee a space.
Patron (Kentish Town) - It's not all about England, as you'll be able to watch all the French games at Patron Next Door (they'll show the England games too). For £35, there's also a half-time steak, posh chips & a beer or glass of wine.
South
Spring Street Pizza (London Bridge) - Formerly Michelin-starred chef Tom Kemble's pizzeria will be showing all the England games, and you can keep those table for the full match (while filling up on New York-style pizza).
Boxpark (Croydon) - Outside of Wembley, Croydon remains one of the best Boxparks to watch football. As with the other locations, they're showing all the World Cup matches and booking early is recommended.
Vinegar Yard (Southwark) - They have massive screens, particularly in the Courtyard Bar, alongside food like Nanny Bill's burgers and Bad Boy Pizza Society. At the time of writing, tickets are about to be released, so sign up for details.
Flat Iron Square (London Bridge) - They're very popular for sporting events with 19 screens, while food and drink include Neapolitan pizzas, fried chicken and sharing platters. England games are already mostly sold out, but you will be able to get tickets for other games (and sign up for future releases).
Freight (Brixton) - The huge new rooftop venue will be showing some of the biggest events on their huge screen, while food includes open-fire BBQ, tacos, burgers and pizza.
The Garden (Vauxhall) - The open-air beer garden has three big LED screens which will be showing matches, and they're planning to show all the games. The food here includes pizza from Sorrento and burgers from Eat Meat Cheese Repeat.
Pop Brixton (Brixton) - They'll be showing all the England matches (plus some other key games) and all the knockout games on their big screens and you can book reserved seating. Food-wise, expect smash burgers from Bun & Sum, West African food from Jollof House Kitchen, cheesesteaks, pizzas and more.
Clapham Grand (Clapham) - They are showing all England games and knockout games on their cinema screen and large TVs, with live DJs and classic England game highlights before the matches.
East
Oranj (Shoreditch) - The natural wine bar will be showing all the England matches and some other key matches (inside and outside, and opening late inside when needed) and they're also running a special World Cup Burger series, with chefs from across the world creating burgers on the day of their nation's first fixture.
40FT Brewery (Walthamstow) - They'll be showing all the England games and have also teamed up with the Football Ramble podcast for live watchalongs. Those are ticketed but all the other group games are free to watch.
Corner Corner (Canada Water) - The big food hall will be showing all the England matches (and other big games) with a huge screen and lots of food to choose from vendors like Chick n Sours and Cafe by Sireli.
Brigadiers (City of London) - The Indian barbecue restaurant from JKS will be screening every game throughout the restaurant (including the private dining rooms), alongside a special £80 match day feast menu and special cocktails inspired by key World Cup moments (like the Paul Gasgoigne-inspired "Water Works")
The Side Hustle (St Paul's) - This is actually a brand new sports bar in the city that's opened just in time for the World Cup (and will, of course, be screening all the games). And just before everything kicks off, they've even hired a gospel choir to sing outside St Paul's.
Kerb Social Club (Spitalfields) - Kerb Social Club is becoming Kerb Sports Bar for the duration of the World Cup (they'll also be showing Wimbledon). They're adding a new bigger terrace and the inside bar has eight screens throughout, with late-night viewing for all games. On the food front, expect Happy Face Pizza and Only Jerkin’, serving Caribbean dishes.
Boxpark (Shoreditch) - If you want to watch at a Boxpark in East London, Shoreditch is the place for you. They're showing all the World Cup matches and, as with the others, you'll need to book early to get a space. Boxhall in the City will also have a large screen in the central market.
Smiths (Farrington) - They'll be opening late and showing every game and will also have private rooms available, all with big screens, and you can order steaks to go along with the games.
The Queen of Hoxton (Shoreditch) - They're planning to show every game (indoors), while the England matches will be ticketed. The food here is from the Barbados-influenced Barbs.
Bar Kick (Shoreditch) - Under the Shoreditch Arms, this sports bar will be showing all the games.
West
The Prince (Earls Court) - They'll be showing every England match as well as every other game in opening hours, with spaces to watch all over the venue.
Boxpark (Wembley) - The Wembley Boxpark is probably the ultimate place to watch any of the World Cup matches and they'll be showing all the big matches. You can book ahead and this year they've also launched a new space, The Director's Box, just in case the main scrum is a bit too much for you.
Toca Social (White City) - Of course, a setting that's all about interactive football games will be showing the matches, with table bookings and standing tickets as well as "private boxes". You can play games before the kick-off, while food includes tacos, sliders and fried chicken.
Across London
Pizza Pilgrims branches (Canary Wharf, Chelsea, Shoreditch, Hyde Park) will be screening every England game, as well as every game from the quarters onwards and tickets include a bottle of beer.
Youngs Pubs all over London have a range of options from heated gardens to private rooms for watching the games with your mates.
