Tamila x Bar Jackie
Soho
Bar Jackie is doing a special collab with Tamila as Tamila Soho gets ready to open. The new Chettinad Lamb Chukka Pinsa is on the Bar Jackie menu, and it features Tamila’s slow-cooked masala lamb, topped with slices of red onion, fresh coriander, ginger, mint, red chillies and coconut oil, all on Bar Jackie’s crisp Pinsa Romana base.

Auld Hag x The Hoxton

This collab kicks off a series of new Hox Sarnie Specials, which will change every month. For January, and available only in the hotel lobby, they're teaming up with Auld Hag for The Battered Balmoral Roll. That's a stack of battered chicken, Ayrshire bacon, haggis and a Lochlea Distillery Whisky sauce, all in a soft milk bun.

Holy Carrot x Ixchel
Chelsea
Ixchel’s Chef Ximena Gayosso Gonzalez has brought in plant-based restaurant Holy Carrot’s Chef Daniel Watkins for a special taco collab. Together, they've created a grilled oyster mushroom taco, featuring king oyster mushrooms and with a roasted koji mole, using Ixchel’s toasted focaccia trim to reduce waste and house-made pickles showcasing Holy Carrot’s ferments.

Kol's Head Chef x Side Hustle
Covent Garden
Side Hustle's latest Taco with Friends collab is bringing in Rey Lopez, head chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant KOL, and he's created "The Naughty Cricket" together with Matt Chambers of The Chambers Guide. The new special is a quesabirria with British beef and coriander marmalade. That's paired with a new drink, "The Heart in the Corner" (ancho, guajillo and pasilla chilli, hopped tamarind, chocolate bitters and lime).

Dumbo x Rita's
Shoreditch/Soho
Hugely popular burger joint Dumbo is teaming up with Rita's for a one-week-only burger that will be sold in both of their restaurants. The burger is inspired by New Mexico’s iconic green chile cheeseburgers, topped with a smoky chopped green chile relish made from fire-roasted green chiles and confit garlic. There will also be French fries tossed in Rita’s signature Wrong Way barbecue rub. It kicks off with a special dinner at Rita's on the 1st and the burger will stay on both restaurants' menus for a week.

Heard x Akoko
Soho/Borough
Akoko's Aji Akokomi is teaming up on a new menu with Jordan Baliey's Heard that will add a touch of West African flavours to Heard's menu. First, there's The Akoko burger, which is a thick beef patty, seasoned with Aji Akokomi’s special spice blend, tamarind jam, a sosu kaani purée of red pepper and scotch bonnet, yassa-spiced caramelised onions, melted hard goat’s cheese, and topped with fresh shallot and parsley, all in a potato bun and a Sengalese dibi dipping sauce. There are also Kelewele Fries with a savoury kelewele salt and crispy shallot crumb, and a Calabash nutmeg ice cream sandwich to finish.
