We can file this one away as an experience that seems absolutely tailor-made for us. We like chips. We like martinis. So, obviously, a pop-up that combines the two immediately had our attention.
This is all coming together in a special pop-up from Grey Goose vodka, who are opening a two-day pop-up called The Grey Goose Chip Shop. Unlike lots of these special pop-ups, it's also a late-night affair, running from 6pm to midnight on both days.
There will be five martinis and one Bloody Mary on offer. The martinis range from the classics to a Gibson that's garnished with a balsamic-infused onion or a "Tartar-tini" with the essence of "tart lemon, fresh dill, and capers". Alongside those, they'll have French fries which you can have with toppings like coq au vin, gruyère & smoked ham or truffle. You'll have the choice of a normal-sized martini and chips or a three-tiny-martini flight and chips, both for £15.
So yes, we very much like the sound of this one.
