What a time to be alive! This week St John Bakery have dropped not one but two new doughnut flavours for the delectation of London's bakery addicts. First up is the pistachio doughnut featuring pistachio flecked custard making them, as they say, "an exercise in pure and lovely joy."
But that's not all. For the bakers behind one of London's most-favoured doughnuts have also got another new flavour up their kitchen whites sleeves - caramel. This latest flavour contains, they promise,"a filling that sings of buttery warmth and subtle sweetness, of honeyed depth and creamy lightness. Of perfect balance."
The two new flavours join the bakery's core range of Vanilla Custard, Raspberry Jam and Chocolate for the foreseeable future.
