The next chef collaboration for Sushi Shop has just been announced and it's a big one. Launching in January, the new menu has been created with Anne-Sophie Pic, the only female French chef to have three Michelin stars.

As for the menu, it's pretty much what you expect, split into the usual mix of sushi, sashimi, gyoza, udon and tempura. A few things caught our eye, namely:
- sushi burger - fried rice buns with fresh veg, salmon or tuna in a spicy sauce vegetable
- London's Sushi Shop brings in Michelin star chef Kei Kobayashi
Sushi fans should make a beeline for Sushi Shop, which has just launched a new menu featuring dishes from Michelin-starred chef Kei Kobayashi. The four dishes were inspired by the French/Japanese fusion food he creates at his restaurant in Paris, Kei.
Look out for:
- Gyu special roll (pictured) - beef carpaccio, teriyaki sauce with peppers, carrot, rocket, fried onions and a mayo-style sauce
- Gravlax roll - a reinterpretation of Kei's
