There's no doubt that the current energy crisis is an ongoing nightmare for those in the hospitality industry, with bills rocketing for restaurants and bars across London.

Nessa sees chef Tom Cenci opening a neighbourhood bistro in Soho that takes a new approach to British classics. We went in to try it out.  

One of London's great restaurants, Quo Vadis has had something of a big revamp. Now fitting in twice as many diners, we went down to take in the new look - and to have a pie and eel sandwich, of course.

Paradise in Soho should be on your list as a new late-night haunt as they're get ready to launch Paradise After Dark.

A new Shake Shack is coming to town and this time they'll be opening in Soho. right around the corner from Oxford Circus. The American burger chain is setting up shop on Argyll Street (which Google confirms was a French Connection and a Ploom shop before).

Tom Cenci first came to fame as the chef of Duck & Waffle, before then launching Loyal Tavern, a restaurant we were impressed with but which ended up being a victim of the pandemic. Afterwards, he was cooking at Stoney Street in Borough but now he's getting ready to open his own place, Nessa.
