It's all change at Ruby's in Dalston on the food and drinks front as they unveil Corrochio's. It comes from Daniel Corrochio, a man who has run Ruby's itself before and now finds himself in charge of their food and cocktails.

They've been a hit in Notting Hill for years, but now Taqueria is heading to the east to open its second restaurant. Expect tacos, tostadas, quesadillas, margaritas and more.

Taqueria by day, this Borough Market Kitchen restaurant transforms into a fully-fledged restaurant in the evening, celebrating Mexico's food culture in the heart of London.

We've said this before, but one of the good things to come out of the lockdown has been the growth of the make at home meal-kits. There are some cracking options out there - and this latest from excellent Mexican restaurant Santo Remedio looks like another winner.
