Here at Hot Dinners we've long been thinking we'd love to do a trip to Derbyshire to visit Chatsworth (the alleged inspiration for Jane Austen's Pemberley in Pride and Prejudice). But it's a fair old distance from London and we just haven't got around to it yet.
