Although most of the current buzz around everyone's favourite Indian cafe, Dishoom, has recently been around their planned expansion to New York, it seems they're also looking at extending their London estate. Dishoom already has seven restaurants in London, but for the eighth, they're going in a (slightly) different direction. Outside of town, they've opened three Permit Rooms, which are essentially offshoots of the main Dishoom, billed instead as all-day bars and cafes, and now they're bringing one of those to Notting Hill.
