His last opening was a big affair on the river beside Fulham's stadium with Brasserie Constance, but for his next, Adam Byatt is returning to South London. He'll be opening Rosina in Wandsworth.

Rosina, named after his daughter Rosie, is going to be an Italian-inspired restaurant, and it'll be the first time the chef has gone in that direction for one of his openings. The menu will showcase both Italian and British produce, but right now, that's all we know about the

Trinity's Adam Byatt has opened a British restaurant right next to Fulham football ground and overlooking the river. We headed down the Thames to try it for ourselves.

We've already had the opening of impressive new development beside Fulham Football ground called Fulham Pier. But following that is a very interesting new restaurant

Anyone working from home in Clapham is going to have a hot new place to hit up for sandwiches when the new sandwich truck at Trinity opens up. Called Outside by Trinity, it's taking over the Michelin-starred restaurant's terrace, so you can eat it there although it's primarily a takeaway.

Heading up the project is Trinity chef India, who's been working on this in the run-up to leaving Trinity in January
