"Supreme lobster noodle is lauded on the menu as being the pinnacle of Chinese fine dining so we figure it must be ordered, as this is unequivocally Chinese fine dining. The vivid scarlet of the shell flags its significance, as do the pieces of lobster stir-fried with seaweed, lily bulb, ginger and spring onion before being immersed in sonorous broth woven with noodles."
