Osteria Panzano sees the man behind Zuma and La Petite Maison going Tuscan in Belgravia

He's the man behind Zuma, COYA, La Petite Maison and The Arts Club, and now Arjun Waney (who also holds an OBE for his philanthropic work) is getting ready to add a fifth restaurant to that list.

He's going Italian for the first time with Osteria Panzano, and Tuscan in particular. A part of the reason behind that is that Waney has an estate in Tuscany and that's going to be used for some of the produce for this new opening. On the menu, you'll find regional Tuscan dishes, with things changing seasonally. To start with, there will be cacio e pepe with black truffle, yellowfin tuna tartare with avocado and crispy shallots and roast turbot fillet with braised herb potatoes, as well as whole fish and T-bone steaks from the grill.

It's taking over the space that used to be Noura, and it won't just be a restaurant either - it'll come with a cheese and charcuterie shop. So even if you're just passing by, it should be worth popping in to see what they have to offer.
