If you fancy broadening your culinary horizons without having to travel outside Zone 1 then we have just the thing for you. This summer, Masala Zone will launch The Grand Trunk Road Odyssey, a 12-week limited-edition culinary journey inspired by one of the world’s longest and oldest highways.
The route traverses some of the Indian subcontinent’s great culinary regions and gastronomic jewels: from the robust North West Frontier, through full-bodied Punjab, to the refined Mughal cuisines of Lucknow, before reaching the sophisticated flavours of Bengal.
Standout dishes include Changezi Fried Chicken from Delhi, Dhaba Duck Egg Curry from the Punjab and Chittagong Fish Croquettes. The menu will be available at all four of Masala Zone's restaurants (Soho, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, Earl’s Court) for three months from 15 June.
