Kung Fu Mama are all about authentic and nourishing Taiwanese dishes made with their signature sun-dried noodles. Each noodle bowl is made fresh to order, using healthy ingredients prepared daily on-site. They also specialise in creative baos and their signature Mango Shaved Ice.
Kung Fu Mama was established by Noam Bar, co-founder of Ottolenghi, and Chris Hsu. They opened their first location on Long Acre, Covent Garden in April 2025 and their second location at Canary Wharf in March 2026.
This week Kung Fu Mama are relaunching their signature beef noodle soup with a recipe based on a new, richer, slow-cooked bone broth. To celebrate, they’re offering Hot Dinners readers 2 for 1 on their beef noodle dishes from 13 to 19th August at both their Covent Garden and Canary Wharf locations. Choose from either their 12h cooked beef or Beef Noodle Soup. Each dish is made to order and is as good for you as it is packed with flavour.
