Set on the historic site of Old Brewer’s Yard in Covent Garden, this seasonal, grill-focused restaurant brings people together over generous, carefully sourced dishes.
Executive Chef Pip Lacey's dishes showcase the best of British produce. Expect relaxed plates and grill dishes, from roast bone marrow with miso and Baron Bigod gratinée and lager-battered frickles, to mains of signature cuts and fish of the day cooked over the grill. There's grilled cauliflower with pine nut cream, black cabbage, apple, caper and dill dressing or you could try the butcher’s skewer, which uses cuts from their own whole-animal butchery.
Pints are poured metres from the tanks, with Guinness alongside seasonal brews crafted on-site by Master Brewer Hollie Stephenson, plus cocktails such as Sour Plum Negroni, Toucan Colada and Espresso Stoutini, and wines curated to pair perfectly with the menu.
