Gyoza Otaku dumplings pop-up at Hoxton's White Horse

gyozaWe rather like the sound of a new Hoxton pop-up offering Dumplings rather than a full roast on Sundays. Gyoza Otaku will be popping up at the White Horse on Hoxton Street, serving up Japanese pot stickers between 1pm and 6pm on the 4th December.

It’s a one-off, and the choice of dumplings will be traditional pork and shrimp or the vegetarian option of lotus root and edamame. In the kitchens will be DJ/record label owner-turned-chef for the day Kyri Patsalides.

And while you’re stuffing your face, you can also enhance your vinyl collection, as there will be a record fair on hand and some DJs playing, what they describe as ‘soulful vibes’.

Sounds like a pretty perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Ghoza Otaku will be at the White Horse, 153 Hoxton St, N1 on Sunday 4 December 2011. For more information, follow them at twitter.com/gyozaotaku
