It really is the time to launch a new burger bar, it seems. Last week we had a new Bleecker in Camden. This week Dumbo is coming to Soho. And now it's the turn of Manna.
Up until now, Manna have been behind smash burger bars that have been exclusive to the Arcade Food Halls in Battersea, Soho and Covent Garden. But for the first time, they're going standalone (in London anyway, as they already have one in Dubai). They've taken over a space recently vacated by another burger bar, as they're opening on the former Patty&Bun space on James Street in Marylebone.
Manna comes from Feroz Gajia, the man behind Bake Street, where he first created his sell-out burgers. In Manna, it's all primarily about their smash burger with American cheese in a brioche bun, backed up by waffle fries and chicken tenders.
They're often touted as being among London's best burgers (and they made our list) so if you've yet to try them, another opportunity is coming your way in Marylebone.
