Two Twins Tacos lands in Notting Hill with its SoCal birria tacos

It's been quite a ride for the folks behind newish taco brand Two Twins Tacos. They started out as a street stall in Brixton, then opened up a permanent space in Brixton Village. And two weeks ago, they threw open the doors of their newest spot, in Notting Hill.

The team behind it also run Meat Head's birria tacos in Camden Market. For Two Twins they've extended their repertoire so you start by choosing whether you want a soft shell corn taco, queso blue corn taco, birria taco or a crispy tostada. Fillings include birria beef, anchiote minced lamb, carnitas pork and, for vegans, BBQ grilled jackfruit.

There's a tight menu of drinks - think Mexican beer, margaritas and rum and coke. You'll find them on Portobello Road, where Roll Baby used to be. As with their Brixton venue, they've brought their £3 Taco Tuesdays with them to West London, making them a serious bargain find in this part of town.
