Having trouble getting a table at Michelin-starred AngloThai restaurant now that they're one of the hottest tickets in town? Well, their new team-up with Shake Shack might be a little easier to get your hands on.
For one day only, John Chantarasak is creating two AngloThai specials for the menu. First up is the burger. That's an Aberdeen Angus beef burger fried in red curry paste, topped with ox tongue glazed in scallop roe & smoked chilli jam, wild garlic and green olive purée, som tam infused pickles, served on a toasted potato bun brushed with spiced honey butter.
If that's not enough AngloThai for you, there are the Laab Spice Fries. They're crinkle cut fries seasoned with AngloThai’s laab spice blend, topped with fermented yellow soybean mayonnaise and wild garlic sweet chilli relish.
As mentioned, it's for one day only and they'll sell them until they sell out, with the burger on offer at their Covent Garden restaurant. So if this collab is a must-have for you, get down there early.
