TikTok darling and Notting Hill restaurateur Thomas Straker is expanding his empire. Today he announced that he'll be opening a new food concept at the upcoming Arcade Battersea.
Flat Bread uses the chef's burnt chilli mussel butter flatbread at his West London restaurant as a springboard. Inspired by the dish's popularity he's added five more flatbread options all of which will be available exclusively at the huge new Arcade opening up at Battersea Power Station.
In addition to the hero dish new flatbread options are:
- Pecorino, leeks, pangrattato, lemon zest
- Tomato, stracciatella, basil, olive oil
- Tomato and fennel butter, anchovy, chives
- 'Nduja, smoked burrata, honey, lemon
- Confit duck leg, pickled onion
Given Straker's popularity on TikTok, plus the fact his restaurant is always packed, you can probably expect this new venture to be a runaway hit too.
