Last summer they teamed up with Rambutan for a successful popup in Borough Market. And this summer soft serve purveyors Soft & Swirly have hit up another market - Netil Market.
Over the intervening months, Sam Lowry (ex-Leilas) and Farah Kezouh have been busy working on tubbed ice cream with various folk including those at Postcard Teas and that series is now on sale at their stall in Netil consisting of green tea, roasted black tea, buckwheat & Moroccan mint.
Now that they've got their very own space to serve and sell from they've got flavours like salted caramel, lemon and basil sorbet and buckwheat soft serve on rotation. And, as Farah explained to Hot Dinners, there are many more flavours coming on board including a chocolate ice cream served with a tiramisu sundae.
"Later on as summer fruit season starts we will be serving strawberry ice cream, watermelon & raspberry sorbet and cherry ice cream," she told us. "We are also working on granitas for this summer which we are hoping to launch as the weather gets warmer - these will include hazelnut, pistachio & almond."
We're sold. You?
