In Spitalfields Market, Dumpling Shack are already doing very nicely in The Kitchens - the mini food hall there in the middle of the market. They've got a reputation as producing some of the best dumplings in London, after all. Now they're about to grow, taking over the space next door to launch Fen Noodles.
Fen Noodles will very much do what it says on the tin, serving hand-pulled noodles, including Spicy Dry Mixed Lamb Noodles, Lamb Noodle Soup, Big Plate Chicken, Chicken Dumplings in Hot and Sour Soup and Vegan Dry Mix Noodles. They'll also have vegetarian dishes like Curry Biang (fresh hand-pulled noodles in a curry sauce with onions and potatoes) and Garlic Aubergine.
Head to the market from October to try them out.
