Vineyard

On one of the largest pieces of family-owned land near the south coast, Wiston Estate has an extensive winery and a great restaurant in Chalk, which specialises in local Sussex produce. We took the train down for a day trip.

Like Prosecco but want to know (and try) more? Then you'll need to make the pilgrimage to Prosecco country.

Making the most of a trip to Sussex to Rathfinny Wine Estate, we check into the vineyard's Flint Barns for the night.
