This new rooftop restaurant in Covent Garden deserves a wider audience for its fantastic food and all-in approach to sustainability. 

Sustainability is such an easy buzzword for London restaurants to bandy about, but when it's used by a chef who used to head up the kitchen at Silo, you can feel pretty confident he knows what he's talking about.
