The folk behind Chisou have opened a modern sushi bar in Fitzrovia serving up carpaccios, sushi rolls and contemporary nigiri.
The original Dinings has been around for a decade and this sees them open a second restaurant in Knightsbridge. Expect sushi, sashimi, sake and new grilled dishes too.
Slipping almost under the radar (and frankly, only spotted because we went past it last night) is new Shoreditch sushi spot Nanashi. It's appeared on Rivington Street in a room with a pared-back modernist look.
