Fitzrovia’s Charlotte Street may have lost the second outlet of Peruvian restaurant Señor Ceviche but will gain a Greek newcomer in its place. Ampéli is a new Eastern Mediterranean inspired restaurant with a strong focus on Greek wines.

It’s farewell to the Covent Garden outlet of Jidori and in its place is the third branch of Korean barbecue restaurant Yori.

They've been big in Tooting Market and now Boom Bap Burger have found a permanent home in Bethnal Green for their mix of burgers and hip-hop.

The people behind Hovarda in Soho are opening a new restaurant in Shoreditch that's all about Levantine cooking over fire. It'll have a deli onsite too. 

This seafood restaurant in the docks is all about serving up sustainably caught seafood from around the British Isles. There'll be ever-changing sharing plates as well as grilled, poached or fried whole fish on the menu. 

London has started getting a few new luxe cinemas where the food is a little more than nachos and popcorn. The latest to open is a cinema right in the heart of Selfridges on Oxford Street - but alas you can't take the food into the screening with you.
