After running as a supperclub for a few years, The Water House Project is becoming a new restaurant in Hackney. They'll be serving up tasting menus from an ex Galvin La Chapelle chef. 

We're not too sure how long this Friends themed wine bar/cafe is going to be around, once Warner Bros gets wind of their existence (although maybe they do have permission, who knows?). So if you fancy combining watching your favourite TV show along with enjoying brunch, then you'd best get down here sharpish.

Caravan coffee are starting 2020 strong with a big new tie-in with The Savoy. Not only will they be supplying their coffee throughout the five star hotel, but they've also taken over the hotel's Melba coffee store on The Strand.

With restaurants in Islington and Hammersmith already, Zia Lucia have won many fans for their pizzas - available in four types of dough from vegetable charcoal to the more traditional. This sees them heading to the City with their third pizza restaurant. 

Film director Guy Ritchie's pub empire is expanding. This Fitzrovia pub serves his beer in the pub downstairs and features an upstairs dining room where venison from his Wiltshire estate is on the menu.

They're already in White City and (re) opened in the City late last year - now Waka are bringing their next Nikkei (Peruvian/Japanese) outlet to Tower Hill, on the edge of St Katharine Docks. 

While wandering through Angel over the Christmas break, we spotted this restaurant that opened somewhat under the radar in December. Owner Tae Yeol Kim was apparently International Korean cup Championship 2015 Winner Bartender and is also a Korea traditional alcohol Ambassador. Ogam will serve up a Korean tapas menu (obviously) in a small restaurant that's primarily counter seating. At the time of writing, there's a choice

London's ever-changing restaurant landscape is moving into a new decade. Here are the top new restaurant openings to look forward to in 2020. 

Brothers James and Thom are drawing on the Italian journey they made before opening their first pizzeria to inspire the design of their 12th restaurant.

They're big in Hammersmith and Northfields and now Patri is coming to Ealing. There will be a mix of home-style Indian meat and veg/vegan dishes, all served up in a mock train setting. 

Chef Tom Aikens has been out of the fine dining game for a while, but his new Belgravia restaurant seems him return to that with a tasting menu inspired by his life so far.
