They were big on Charlotte Street for a while and now Bobo Social is back, this time opening in the Elephant Park development at Elephant and Castle. They'll have their signature burgers and cocktails, steaks and more besides. 

Chuku’s has found a permanent home to serve its signature Nigerian dishes, plus a new drinks menu.

The team behind Flat Iron Yard are heading to King's Cross for their next multi-purpose venue which will serve up live music, American drinks and street food.

As we all celebrate making it through January, here are the new restaurants opening in February that should be on your radar. 

This Spitalfields restaurant is primarily an all-day affair inspired by the owner's upbringing in Singapore and Malaysia. There will be bowl food during the day and supperclubs themed around global cuisine in the evening. 

This new Wandsworth restaurant opened quietly, serving up a British/Asian menu in the new Ram Quarter development (where the Youngs Brewery used to be). 

A very promising new cocktail bar is opening right underneath Neil Rankin's Simplicity Burger on Brick Lane. It's led by Carl Brown, best known as former Daru-walla at Dishoom aka “the drinks guy”, their main bar development manager and former YBF winner.

After launching in Notting Hill and Hoxton, the next outpost for French rotisserie restaurant Cocotte is Parson's Green. Expect the slow-cooked rotisserie chicken to be the centre of the menu - plus a lot of salads too. 

After success in south and west London, Megan's are opening in the Islington Square development, just off Upper Street. They'll have their usual Mediterranean menu and, of course, will welcome dog owners with open arms.

Taking over the restaurant space at The Whitechapel Gallery is an ex-Garden Cafe and Petersham Nurseries duo with an exciting modern British menu planned.

Hoppers, the Sri Lankan and South Indian street food-influenced restaurant, is opening a third restaurant in London, following the success of its Soho and St Christopher’s Place outlets. Its Pancras Square venue in Kings Cross will be home to a menu exclusive to that site and the biggest bar of its venues.
