First up on 6-10 February is Glasgow’s Rosie Healey, who cut

Marylebone’s new spot is a cafe by day, bar by night, and comes with a sunshine-soaked Mediterranean-themed menu, plus an indoor garden for you to enjoy.

This is from Bea Vo (who originally set up Bea's of Bloomsbury) and it's the second Butterscotch in London after the successful opening at White City. Expect all kinds of afternoon tea, a porridge bar and more sweet treats. 

Hippy Fish will let you create your perfect poke bowl from a selection of upmarket ingredients, or select a pre-made bowl like their premium lobster and black caviar.

Carousel, which knows a thing or two about organising top residencies in its airy Marylebone venue, has just announced its line up of guest chefs for the New Year.

First up, from 4-13 January, its Romy Gill, who’ll be working together with Carousel’s in-house head chef Ollie Templeton to whip up a set menu packed with "West Bengal meets West Country dishes", so expect plates like spicy crab on sourdough with

Simon Rogan's Roganic returns to the same street as the original, but this time as a permanent fixture.

The people behind pubs like The Thomas Cubitt have taken over this 140-year-old pub for a full renovation. Expect a new British menu, an underground cocktail bar and more. 

Yes, you read that right - and you can see from the picture above - there's a bar in Paris where the bartenders serve drinks in their pants. While we're tempted to write something about "those crazy French" at this point, we should also point out that Le Calbar also gets rave reviews for the drinks too. 

And now those drinks - and those pants - are coming to London where they're popping up for one
