Happy news this Friday. Everyone's favourite popup folk TĀ TĀ Eatery are back and they're bringing this Iberian Katsu Sandwich to the party.
They start a new three month residency at the Sir Colin Campbell in Kilburn next week. They'll be serving up two menus. Downstairs will be more casual with walk ins welcome and that's where you might find this beast of a katsu sarnie and other bar friendly food like ox cheek quesadillas.
In the upstairs
...Fans of roving pop-up Wingmans can now get their saucy chicken wing fix in Kilburn where they’ve moved into their first proper home, complete with a fully stocked bar, a late license, and best of all, a brand new, expanded menu.
We head across to Kilburn to Summers, a restaurant that's trying a new take on Irish cooking.
What: Summers
In a nutshell: Ex St John chef goes it alone in Kilburn
Summing it all up: St John Bread and Wine chef Ruairidh Summers has moved on, opening his first solo restaurant about the Colin Campbell pub in Kilburn. Expect lots of Irish cooking.
