If you've been wondering how to pep up your breakfast (and, frankly, who among us haven't?) we have a suggestion. How about brekkie 35 storeys high as the sun rises over London?

The Mondrian Hotel's restaurant, which overlooks the Thames from the comfort of the 12th floor, has been undergoing a period of lengthy refurbishment.
