"Caractère, however, is much more of a trip, a place where Ferrari has thrown off the fine-dining shackles and started serving a playful, satisfying bale of cacio e pepe “pasta” formed from celeriac." READ REVIEW

"Caractère is really good. Not cheap, but good. To be frank, it doesn’t need the gimmick... They can easily drop all that. The food speaks for itself." READ REVIEW

"“Modest portions leave room for dessert” is an adage I don’t find in Life’s Little Instruction Book but it is true, and in the case of chocolate cake, pecan praline, salted caramel sauce and mascarpone ice cream, worth heeding. Such good quality chocolate means that tannins and a low hum of saltiness come through. It is extraordinarily good." READ REVIEW
