Clio, a new modern Greek restaurant, has opened on Marylebone's popular Chiltern Street. Led by executive chef Glen Ballis and with a kitchen headed by Louis Korovilas (ex-Locanda Locatelli and Pied à Terre), it's serving up dishes centred on high-quality ingredients, with a focus on grilled fish, meats, and seasonal vegetables, allowing each element to speak for itself.
Dishes on the launch menu include;
- Mazara Red Prawn Saganaki
- King crab & tomato orzo, 6 months aged feta
- Middle White suckling pig, spiced herb relish
- Roast wild sea bass fillet, Florina pepper, fennel salad
- Huntsham Farm Long Horn Côte de Boeuf
The wine programme will reflect the same thoughtful approach, offering an eclectic and carefully curated list designed to appeal to both dedicated oenophiles and guests seeking reassurance in quality and balance.
They say they're aiming to bring a fresh perspective to modern Greek dining in London, combining understated cooking with a strong sense of hospitality in the heart of Marylebone.
