Over the years at his south of France restaurant Mirazur chef Mauro Colagreco picked up a clutch of awards from three Michelin stars to topping the World's 50 Best list. So it's no big surprise that his restaurant at Raffles London at The OWO eventually attracted Michelin's attention.
