Top chef Massimo Bottura is doing a guest pizza at Hai Cenato


We love a good chef collaboration and a new one hitting Victoria next month is a pretty high powered one. The latest chef to take part in Jason Atherton's restaurant Hai Cenato’s monthly guest chef pizza series is three Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura.

So, if you haven't managed a trip over to Modena to try Bottura’s award winning restaurant, Osteria Francescana - which is also No 2 on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, then now's your chance to try his cooking. Think of it as a chef diffusion line in the same way fashionistas get excited about Lagerfeld designing for H&M, this is the foodie equivalent.

As you might expect, Bottura’s pizza, uses top Italian ingredients. It'll be topped with Cotechino (an Italian pork sausage), shavings of Parmigiano-Reggiano, caramelised onions and a drop of Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena. It'll cost £14.50, with £1.00 per pizza going to Hospitality Action charity.
