We love a good chef collaboration and a new one hitting Victoria next month is a pretty high powered one. The latest chef to take part in Jason Atherton's restaurant Hai Cenato’s monthly guest chef pizza series is three Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura.

We've known for a while that Jason Atherton was planning a new Italian restaurant in the NOVA development at Victoria (does the man EVER sleep?). And now a few more details have been released on what that restaurant will be.

Hai Cenato will be Atherton's first Italian

The food quarter at Nova Victoria is coming on apace with more restaurants announced as well as the first opening its doors.

Sourced Market, which currently has stores in St Pancras and Marylebone, will be the first place to open at Nova, today. Their deli/cafe will stock all manner of local goods ranging from Bread Ahead doughnuts to Regent’s Park honey, Cobble Lane charcuterie to Dalston Chillies hot sauce.
