Little Ghost bring Asian bagels and Taiwanese fried chicken to Balham’s Brother Marcus

Here’s one we like the sound of - fresh off the heels of their residency at Birthdays, Asian-inspired bagel vendor Little Ghost are now set to pop up at Balham cafe Brother Marcus on Fridays and Saturdays nights this September.

This time around the food will focus on Taiwanese fried chicken (which we’re BIG fans of) and we’re also expecting to see their outlandish pink and black bagels, coloured with charcoal or beetroot and loaded up with fillings from all over the continent. They'll also be dishing up their squid ink fried chicken wings and fries.

Of those, we're particularly looking forward to the katsu curry fries and the chicken krapow fries (tossed in togashari, topped with chicken mince cooked with soy, oyster sauce, garlic ginger, Thai basil, Thai chili and topped with a fried egg and cripsy shallots. They sound GREAT.

When: The first four weekends of September.

Where: Brother Marcus, 9 Chestnut Grove, London SW12 8JA.
