We're only on day two of 2026 and we're already bringing you news of another new pizzeria gearing up to open in London. Weezie's has taken over the old Biscuiteers site in Eccleston Yards, just around the corner from Victoria Station. The people behind it, Will and Abbie Sandbach, run the Amie Wine Studio, which is right next door in the Belgravia development. They're describing Weezie's, which is named after Abbie's grandmother, as a pizza-focused restaurant and wine bar.
On the menu will be a range of thin-crust pizzas in the London/New Haven-style, along with various small plates. As for the wine, you can expect their range of own-label wines, including their original rosé and crémant to be on the list along with Guinness, Harbour Brewery beers from Cornwall, and an edited collection of cocktails. They're also planning a small terrace too, for when the weather gets warmer.
Slinging the pizzas is head chef Sumant Sinai who was at Circus Pizza in Panzer’s, and Share a Slice before this.
