Salvatore Carleo - Soho House
Soho House chef Salvatore has put together a very summery plate of burrata and heritage tomatoes. Even better, his Instagram stories give full details of how to make the dressing, with instructions in both English and Italian.
Michael Jaques - Davies and Brook
Michael was formerly the head baker at Claridge's before moving to his sous chef position at their new restaurant Davies and Brook. So if he has a recipe for crumpets, then you can expect it to be a good one. This is just the thing to make if you have leftover sourdough.
Billy and Jack
2016 MasterChef runners-up Billy and Jack are normally hard at work planning their next dinner club event, so while they've got time on their hands they're trying recipes like this aloo sabzi from the Dishoom cookbook. Looks like a good way to ease the missing Dishoom cravings.
Niamh Shields - Eat Like a Girl
Food writer and cookbook author Niamh has turned to Zoom over the lockdown where she's now putting on a weekly event The Cooking and Cocktail Show. This is her spiced lamb chops with rhubarb and coriander from last week's show which makes tuning in to the next one a must.
Amisha Kochhar
Clearly the cooking gene runs in chef Atul Kochhar's family. His daughter Amisha is the person responsible for this gorgeous looking apple and plum tarte tatin.
