In a move that's bound to make folk like Aldo Zilli need a long sit down, pizzeria Manifesto in Battersea is bringing in Atul Kocchar for their next guest chef pizza.
Atul’s Chicken Tikka Pizza will feature his spicy karahi sauce, chicken tikka, red, green and yellow peppers and fresh coriander.
Manifesto’s founder Vittorio Maschio says he's "thrilled with Atul’s take... he’s an amazing chef, an icon of Indian food in the UK, and it was an honour to have him in the Manifesto kitchens to share with us this very personal recipe he cooks up at home."
