She was a standout star on Channel 4's Five Star Chef, and her summer pop-up at Boxhall City saw people absolutely freaking out over her plantain burger. So we've got good news for all those fans: chef Joyce Kudia is now opening a permanent kitchen at the City food hall.

Food courts are very much a thing in London once more, and a new one has opened on Edgware Road that promises a shift away from the usual mix. The Food District is calling itself a "global food court" that also happens to be fully halal. 

It comes from Shaz Khan, the man behind similar food courts 5 Continents in Stratford and Medz Corner in Kensington, but here

It's one of the least attractive parts of the South Bank, but now there are plans to give the tunnels by Waterloo and the IMAX a massive makeover. The folks behind the move have form -  they run Vinegar Yard, Flat Iron Square and Hackney Bridge. In plans being considered by Lambeth Council, they're looking at creating a new food court, bar and event space.

The newest Market Halls brings BAO, From The Ashes, Breddos and more to a brand new building right by the station concourse. We went down to check out London's latest food court.
