  London's ongoing love affair with Mexican, Spanish and Peruvian food continues with a new restaurant that's bringing all three of them together to St Katharine Docks. 

  Called Chayote, it comes from Tomasz Baranski, an ex-Barrafina Head Chef who's the man who helped launch Donostia tapas in Marylebone. Here, he's teamed up with husband and wife team Georgy
