Chef and restaurateur Victor Garvey is doing what he does best - giving Londoners a true taste of Spanish hospitality

If you're wondering why Inigo's hand rolls are different, picture something shaped more like a sushi burrito and you wouldn't be far off. They'll also be using Japanese-style ingredients not oft seen in a traditional sushi, like wasabi peas, macadamia nuts and broccoli.

We're big fans of Kricket, so find ourselves very interested indeed about their upcoming Sunday brunch plans. Kicking off later this month, here's what's being added to the menu:

• Egg Bhurji – spicy scrambled eggs on toast, served with lardo, Berkswell, red onion & sourdough
• Kichri – smoked haddock, raw egg yolk, lentils and rice, topped with pickled cauliflower (their take on Kedgeree). A Kricket take on 'bacon and

The somewhat oddly named ICHIBUNS is the latest restaurant from the folk behind Nobu, Busaba Eathai etc. This one's a bid for a roll-out, featuring burgers, rolls, ramen and more on the menu. 

Off the Wall & Onto the Plate sounds a bit Willy Wonka-esque if you ask us, but that’s the name of a new ‘decor-inspired’ pop-up coming to Soho’s The House of Wallpaper. So yes. The menu is entirely inspired by wallpaper. All seven courses of it.

After getting off to a strong start in Portobello Road, aussie health food chain Farm Girl has teamed up with stylish activewear mavens Sweaty Betty to provide the health conscious with their choice of guilt-free grub, plus a bar with fairtrade vodka and biodynamic wines. Well, It is Soho, after all.

Soho, get ready - Flavour Bastard (no, really) is coming and it’s got a menu full of packed with big ideas and intriguing combinations of international flavours, like white lentil and chorizo donuts, which all seems to suggest that its bite *could* match its bark.

They've graduated from street food to permanent restaurant - we head over to Carnaby to check out Ugly Dumpling's new spot. 

Fans of shellfish will be keen to get to this new all-day concept restaurant in Marylebone where red king crab is the order of the day, every day.  If that's not enough to lure you in, then there’ll be other seafood delicacies and two bars as well.

Bubble waffles are probably the trendiest dessert around at this moment, and Bufle is the latest spot to dish them out to Londoners. Expect matched cocktails too. 

Ben and Jerry's are setting up shop in Soho for the summer with their Summer in Soho ice cream shop and they're celebrating the only way they know how - by giving away free ice cream. Because, let's face it, who DOESN'T like free ice cream. 

So if you want to grab a scoop (they think they'll be giving away more than 2000) then head down there on Thursday. And you can even try one of their new flavours like Sweetest

Lights of Soho, Brewer Street’s neon art gallery, is set to get a new sparkling wine bar for the summer by the name of Fiz, inspired by the cava bars of Barcelona.

Rather than requiring people to commit to a single pricey bottle, as is often the case in champagne bars, Fiz will encourage visitors to sample multiple different types of bubbly. There’ll be around 10 varieties to choose from, with bottles from England, Austria and Portugal,
