  Amazonico is best described as a luxe rainforest-themed restaurant - with a menu that takes in European, Asian and South American cuisines. It's been a big hit in Madrid and is now opening in London. 

• Test Driving Charlie's at Brown's hotel - a return to classic dining

  Adam Byatt has taken over the restaurant at the classic Brown's hotel in Mayfair with Charlie's. Seasonal dishes and some favourites from Trinity are on offer - we went down for a look.

  Following the death of Joël Robuchon last year, his famed London restaurant L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon also shut its doors this year.   Londoners looking for a brunch with a bit of a kick should head on over to Ella Canta on Park Lane where top chef Martha Ortiz has created a menu that takes you on a taste tour of Mexico.
