A talented team are behind buzzy new restaurant DakaDaka which hopes to introduce Londoners to the food and wine delights of Georgia. We went for own culinary tour, without having to leave Mayfair.

It's been a while since we've seen a new restaurant launch at 10 Heddon Street, the space that once held Manteca, Fallow and Sarap as residencies. The residency days are behind it now and instead, it's relaunching as a permanent Georgian restaurant, DakaDaka. 

It's the first restaurant from new hospitality group Berkeley Square Hospitality. That comes from Giorgi Mindiashvili and Mitz Vora, previously at Ennismore, where they helped launch restaurants like Eggbreak and Seabird. It will be a modern interpretation of Georgian cuisine and open-fire cooking
