It's been just over two years since chef Florence Knight left Sessions Arts Club, the beautiful-looking restaurant that she helped launch in Clerkenwell. And now the chef is getting ready to make her return to the London dining scene. 

She'll be taking over the rooftop restaurant at Nick Jones' St Clement hotel just off The Strand, called Lunette. But, at the time of writing, that is literally all that we know about the restaurant that will be taking over the 11th floor of the hotel.
