Ben Murphy

Ever since he finished at Launceston Place, we've been wondering where talented chef Ben Murphy was going to turn up next. Now he's revealed his game plan, opening the new 74 Charlotte Street restaurant, which takes over the space from Monica Galetti's Mere. 

We don't know too much about the menu yet, but Murphy has been known for adapting old
