With plenty of great drinks to be enjoyed in London Cocktail Week, we’ve put together our selection of our must-try cocktails. 

This October will see the official opening of The Racketeer, a new cocktail bar / wine shop in Kings Cross. The pub, which was once The Carpenters Arms, has been given a revamp and restored to its Victorian Glory. Completely restored, the venue is now run by an experienced team who’ve spent more than 20 years honing their craft in bars across London.

Evans & Peel are building off their Earl’s Court venue to create the Pharmacy, a new bar in Chiswick where visitors will be led through a secret entrance way into the hidden bar. There’ll be passwords, classic American grub and of course, Old Fashioneds.

Big changes are afoot at Corrigan's, Richard Corrigan's main Mayfair restaurant. Linking in with changes to the main entrance to Corrigan's, they're adding a brand new standalone bar called Dickie's Bar.

If you've ever wandered past the entrance to Mele e Pere on Brewer Street and wondered what the downstairs restaurant was like, you'll soon be able to find out without having to leave street level.

The Italian restaurant is opening a new Aperitivo Bar this week at ground floor level. They're just finishing installing a whole load of taps from where they'll be serving homemade vermouth on draught, prosecco on tap and beer from Dalston microbrewery 40FT.

Ex-Beaufort Bar head bartender heads east

It’s all change at White Lyan. Ryan Chetiyawardana and Iain Griffiths created ripples throughout the bartending community when they first opened White Lyan in 2013, serving a menu of entirely pre-batched cocktails made with no ice or citrus.
